Photo Booth Media Consent

Northbound photo booths are interactive entertainment experiences designed to capture photographs, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, audio recordings, and other digital content during events.

By voluntarily entering, using, or interacting with a Northbound photo booth, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, voice, and any content created within the booth may be captured, stored, reproduced, published, displayed, distributed, and used by Northbound for promotional, advertising, marketing, portfolio, editorial, and commercial purposes.

This includes use across:

The Northbound website
Social media platforms
Online advertising campaigns
Printed promotional materials
Trade shows and exhibitions
Sales presentations
Marketing brochures
Email marketing campaigns
Press and media publications
Future promotional content

No compensation, royalties, fees, or other payments shall be due for such use.

By using the photo booth, participants grant Northbound a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from captured media for lawful business purposes.

Opting Out

Individuals who do not consent to the collection and promotional use of their image, likeness, voice, or content should not use the photo booth.

Where reasonably possible, individuals may contact Northbound after an event to request removal of specific content from future marketing materials.

While Northbound will make reasonable efforts to honour such requests, we cannot guarantee removal from content that has already been published, distributed, printed, licensed, shared, or incorporated into existing marketing campaigns.

Event Organiser Responsibilities

Clients booking Northbound services are responsible for informing event attendees that photography, videography, audio recording, and digital content creation may occur through Northbound equipment.

Northbound may display notices on or near its equipment informing participants of media collection and usage.

Data Retention

Northbound may retain event media for operational, archival, portfolio, marketing, promotional, and business purposes for an indefinite period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
