NTHBD provides Guelph photo booth hire for venues across the city, as well as in nearby Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. We come to you: the booth is set up at your chosen venue, whether that is a banquet hall, a hotel, an office or a private home.
Planning an event elsewhere in Southern Ontario? We provide photo booth hire throughout Ontario. Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area. Tell us where your event is and we will include it in your quote.

Golf club & clubhouse

Cutten Hall seats up to 200 guests, with a fireplace, hardwood dance floor and bay windows overlooking the course and downtown Guelph. The East Patio, just off the 9th hole, hosts ceremonies.

With the ceremony on the East Patio and the reception in Cutten Hall, a booth near the dance floor could carry guests from dinner into the evening.
Arboretum & gardens

An internationally accredited arboretum with gardens, a reflecting pond and the West Lawn for ceremonies. Its auditorium and sun room host receptions of up to 150 reception-style or 120 banquet-style.

How much does photo booth rental in Guelph cost?

Coverage depends on your package: Essential includes 3 hours, Premium includes 5 hours and Luxury includes full reception coverage.
How many photos can guests take?

Is setup, pack-down and an attendant included?
Yes. Our team handles full setup, operation and pack-down, and every package includes a professional on-site attendant to help guests throughout your booking.
Can guests receive digital copies of their photos?
Yes. Depending on your package, guests can receive their photos instantly by QR code, AirDrop, email or text, or through an online gallery.
Do you serve Guelph?

How far do you travel?
We provide photo booth hire throughout Ontario. Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area. Contact us for a custom quote.
How much space does the photo booth need?
Most setups need approximately 8 ft x 8 ft of space, access to a standard power outlet and a level indoor surface. We can advise on your specific venue.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during wedding season and holiday periods, as popular dates can book out several months in advance.
Can we change our event date?
Rescheduling may be offered at NTHBD's discretion, subject to availability. Booking retainers are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation details.
What happens after I enquire?
We confirm availability for your date and prepare your quote. A signed booking agreement and deposit secure your date, and the remaining balance is due before the event. For more answers, see our full photo booth FAQ.
