NTHBD provides Cambridge photo booth hire for venues across the city, as well as in neighbouring Kitchener and Waterloo. We come to you: the booth is set up at your chosen venue, whether that is a banquet hall, a hotel, an office or a private home.

Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area. Tell us where your event is and we will include it in your quote.

Historic riverside venue

Set on the Grand River, Cambridge Mill pairs historic stone and hand-carved beams with several event rooms seating 120 to 200 guests, plus a garden terrace.

With several distinct rooms, a booth could suit the space guests move to after dinner. Worth asking which room hosts the evening.
Industrial-heritage event hall

One of Cambridge's largest event spaces: the Grand Hall spans 20,500 sq ft with 40-ft ceilings and hosts up to 900 guests, while the Riverside Room holds up to 200 standing. Weddings, conferences and social events.

At this scale a booth can act as a second social hub away from the bar. Worth planning placement with the venue for galas and conferences.

How much does photo booth rental in Cambridge cost?
Pricing depends on your event requirements, including your date, package, venue location and any add-ons. Our published packages start from $999. Contact us with your event details for a tailored quote.
How long is the photo booth hire?
Coverage depends on your package: Essential includes 3 hours, Premium includes 5 hours and Luxury includes full reception coverage.
How many photos can guests take?
Unlimited. Guests can enjoy as many sessions as they like during your hire period, so everyone gets a chance to join in.
Is setup, pack-down and an attendant included?
Yes. Our team handles full setup, operation and pack-down, and every package includes a professional on-site attendant to help guests throughout your booking.
Can guests receive digital copies of their photos?
Yes. Depending on your package, guests can receive their photos instantly by QR code, AirDrop, email or text, or through an online gallery.
Do you serve Kitchener and Waterloo?
Yes. As well as Cambridge, we provide photo booth hire in Kitchener and Waterloo.
How far do you travel?
We provide photo booth hire throughout Ontario. Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area. Contact us for a custom quote.
How much space does the photo booth need?
Most setups need approximately 8 ft x 8 ft of space, access to a standard power outlet and a level indoor surface. We can advise on your specific venue.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during wedding season and holiday periods, as popular dates can book out several months in advance.
Can we change our event date?
Rescheduling may be offered at NTHBD's discretion, subject to availability. Booking retainers are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation details.
What happens after I enquire?
We confirm availability for your date and prepare your quote. A signed booking agreement and deposit secure your date, and the remaining balance is due before the event. For more answers, see our full photo booth FAQ.
