NTHBD provides Waterloo photo booth hire for venues across the city, as well as in neighbouring Kitchener and Cambridge. We come to you: the booth is set up at your chosen venue, whether that is a banquet hall, a hotel, an office or a private home.
Looking for photo booth rental near Waterloo but outside the Waterloo Region? We provide photo booth hire throughout Ontario. Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area. Tell us where your event is and we will include it in your quote.

We're based in nearby Cambridge and are always discovering great venues across Waterloo. These are some of the local spaces we think are worth considering. Golf club

Inside Waterloo's RIM Park along the Grand River, with a post-and-beam hall, oak bar and fieldstone fireplace. The Timber Room holds up to 130 guests.

University event hall
From the venue’s website
The University of Waterloo's event venue. The Main Hall hosts 430 for receptions or 280 for table service (up to 590 with the Columbia Rooms), with divisible rooms, a balcony and an outdoor area.

For campus and corporate events, the reception area or a divided room could suit a booth. Ask University catering about layout.
Hotel event venue

A hotel near Silver Lake and Waterloo Park with six event rooms, the largest being the Silver Lake Ballroom (capacity 300), plus meeting space for corporate events.

Forbes Hall is RIM Park's large event space for weddings, banquets and community events. The park also has nine meeting rooms for 30–80 people.

How much does photo booth rental in Waterloo cost?

How long is the photo booth hire?
Coverage depends on your package: Essential includes 3 hours, Premium includes 5 hours and Luxury includes full reception coverage.
How many photos can guests take?
Unlimited. Guests can enjoy as many sessions as they like during your hire period, so everyone gets a chance to join in.
Is setup, pack-down and an attendant included?
Yes. Our team handles full setup, operation and pack-down, and every package includes a professional on-site attendant to help guests throughout your booking.
Can guests receive digital copies of their photos?
Yes. Depending on your package, guests can receive their photos instantly by QR code, AirDrop, email or text, or through an online gallery.
Do you serve Kitchener and Cambridge?
Yes. As well as Waterloo, we provide photo booth hire in Kitchener and Cambridge.
How far do you travel?
We provide photo booth hire throughout Ontario. Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area. Contact us for a custom quote.
How much space does the photo booth need?
Most setups need approximately 8 ft x 8 ft of space, access to a standard power outlet and a level indoor surface. We can advise on your specific venue.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during wedding season and holiday periods, as popular dates can book out several months in advance.
Can we change our event date?
Rescheduling may be offered at NTHBD's discretion, subject to availability. Booking retainers are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation details.
What happens after I enquire?
We confirm availability for your date and prepare your quote. A signed booking agreement and deposit secure your date, and the remaining balance is due before the event. For more answers, see our full photo booth FAQ.
