Service area
Whether your reception is at a banquet hall, a hotel ballroom, an event venue or a private property in Cambridge, we bring the booth to you and set it up in the space agreed with your venue.
We also cover weddings in neighbouring Kitchener and Waterloo, and provide photo booth hire throughout Ontario. Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area. Any travel is included in your quote.

How much does a wedding photo booth cost in Cambridge?
Our published wedding packages start from $999 (Essential), $1,595 (Premium) and $2,395 (Luxury). Your final quote depends on your date, venue location and any add-ons.
What is included with every wedding package?
Every package includes instant prints, digital gallery access, custom print design, professional setup and breakdown, and on-site support, with a guest book available as an add-on.
How long is the photo booth hire?
Coverage depends on your package: Essential includes 3 hours, Premium includes 5 hours and Luxury includes full reception coverage.
Do you provide setup and pack-down?
Yes. Our team handles full professional setup, styling, operation and breakdown, so your wedding day stays completely stress-free.
Can guests receive digital copies of their photos?
Yes. Guests can receive their images instantly through QR download, digital gallery access, AirDrop or print options, depending on the package selected.
Are prints included?
Print options vary by package. Essential includes up to 300 prints, Premium up to 450 and Luxury up to 800, and extra print packages are available as an add-on.
Can the photo booth match our wedding theme?

Do you travel to wedding venues outside Cambridge?

As early as possible. Peak wedding dates book quickly and popular dates can book out several months in advance. A 50% deposit secures your date.
