Which NTHBD package is right for my event?
Essential suits smaller weddings and private celebrations with three hours of coverage. Premium adds five hours, up to 450 prints, premium props and backdrop selection. Luxury covers the full reception with VIP booth styling and a luxury guest book station. If you’re unsure, tell us about your event and we’ll help you choose.
Can guests use the booth themselves?
Yes. The booth is designed for guests to use themselves, following the on-screen experience. Every package also includes on-site support from the NTHBD team.
Do guests receive digital copies?
Yes. Guests can access their photos instantly by QR code or AirDrop. Email, text and online gallery options are available depending on your package.
How does the QR gallery work?
After each session, guests scan the QR code to open their photos on their phone, where they can view, save and share them straight away.
Are prints included?
Yes. Each session produces instant prints in a layout designed for your event. Essential includes up to 300 prints, Premium up to 450 and Luxury up to 800. Extra print packages are available as an add-on.
Can I customise the experience?
Yes. Photo templates, start screens, overlays and branding can be customised for weddings, corporate events, birthdays and brand activations.

Can NTHBD work at my venue?
Most setups need around 8 ft × 8 ft of space, access to a standard power outlet and a level indoor surface. We set up at banquet halls, hotels, offices and private homes, and can advise on your venue.
Do you provide setup and collection?
Yes. Professional setup and breakdown are included in every package.
Do you travel outside Cambridge?
Yes. We serve Kitchener, Waterloo and the wider region, and provide photo booth hire throughout Ontario. Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area.
Can NTHBD provide a photobooth for corporate events?
Yes. Every package can be used for corporate events, and the experience can be branded for your company. See our corporate photo booth page for more.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially during wedding season and holiday periods. Popular dates can book out several months in advance. A signed booking agreement and deposit secure your date.
What happens if my event runs longer than expected?
