A Photobooth That Works For Your Venue

Bring a permanent NTHBD photobooth to your venue and give your customers something they’ll actually use, share and come back for.

NTHBD works with bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants, breweries, hotels and entertainment venues to install dedicated photobooths for an agreed period — with flexible commercial models designed around your venue.

Partnership models

Two ways to partner.

Every venue is different, so NTHBD offers two commercial models. Both include the booth, installation, payments, branding and ongoing support — the difference is how the investment and revenue are shared.

Option 01 — Revenue share

Put the booth to work. Share the revenue.

NTHBD supplies, installs and manages the photobooth while your customers pay for sessions at the venue. No upfront booth cost for the venue.

How the split works

NTHBD recovers the agreed booth investment through the commercial arrangement. Once the agreed recovery point has been reached, the partnership moves to the agreed ongoing revenue split.

Option 02 — Fixed fee + 40/60 split

Make the initial investment. Keep more of the upside.

The venue pays an agreed fixed fee for the booth installation and partnership period. After the agreed initial period, the partnership moves to a 40/60 revenue split in favour of the venue.

Venue partner reporting

See how your booth performs.

Every venue partner gets a private partner portal. There is no account or password to manage: we send you a secure personal link.

Your portal shows your statements for each period (booth sessions, gross revenue and your share) alongside your referral link and the enquiries you have sent our way. More detailed reporting will be added as the programme grows.

Venue partnership FAQs

Questions venues ask.

The short answers to what bars, pubs, clubs and venues usually want to know before requesting a proposal.

How much does a venue photobooth partnership cost?

Every partnership is structured individually. With the revenue-share model there’s no upfront booth cost for the venue. With the fixed-fee model, the venue pays an agreed fee and then moves to a 40/60 revenue split in its favour. Your proposal sets out the exact terms.

What’s the difference between the two partnership models?

Revenue share: NTHBD supplies and manages the booth, recovers the agreed booth investment through session revenue, then moves to the agreed ongoing split. Fixed fee + 40/60: the venue makes the initial investment and keeps 60% of booth revenue after the agreed initial period.

How long does a venue partnership last?

Partnership duration is agreed with each venue based on your footfall, space and goals, and is set out clearly in your proposal.

What does my venue need to provide?

Suitable floor space, access to power and, ideally, reliable Wi-Fi for payments, digital sharing and remote monitoring. We confirm the exact installation requirements with you before anything is agreed.

How do customers pay for sessions?

By card or contactless at the booth, with cash where configured. Promotional codes, complimentary sessions and event-specific codes can also be set up for your venue.

Who looks after the booth?

NTHBD handles installation, maintenance and support, with remote monitoring to help keep the booth running for your customers.

Can the booth be branded for our venue?

Yes. The booth exterior, photo templates, start screens, print layouts, on-screen messaging and promotional campaigns can all be customised around your venue’s brand.

Which areas do you cover?

NTHBD is based in Cambridge, Ontario and works with venues across Waterloo Region and Ontario. Tell us where you are in the enquiry form and we’ll confirm.
