Service area
NTHBD travels to Stratford from our base in Cambridge, bringing the full photo booth experience to venues across the city and Perth County. We come to you: the booth is set up at your chosen venue, whether that is a banquet hall, a hotel, an office or a private home.
Stratford is outside our standard Waterloo Region service area, so a travel fee may apply. Any travel cost is included in your quote before you book. Travel fees also apply for events in Hamilton and London.

A club dating back to 1913, with a fully renovated banquet hall, lounge and event patio. Couples can marry in the outdoor garden or indoors, and the club hosts one wedding per day.

With exclusive use for the day, a booth can move with the party from the patio to the dance floor.

The Kroehler Room offers about 7,300 sq ft for a ceremony, reception or both, within over 10,000 sq ft of event space for up to 400 guests, with rooms for overnight guests.

A historically restored venue in downtown Stratford with exposed beams, brick and large windows: the Carriage House for dinner and reception, the Lunette Lounge, the Coachman’s Loft for indoor ceremonies and an upper terrace.

How much does photo booth rental in Stratford cost?

How long is the photo booth hire?
Coverage depends on your package: Essential includes 3 hours, Premium includes 5 hours and Luxury includes full reception coverage.
How many photos can guests take?
Unlimited. Guests can enjoy as many sessions as they like during your hire period, so everyone gets a chance to join in.
Is setup, pack-down and an attendant included?
Yes. Our team handles full setup, operation and pack-down, and every package includes a professional on-site attendant to help guests throughout your booking.
Can guests receive digital copies of their photos?
Yes. Depending on your package, guests can receive their photos instantly by QR code, AirDrop, email or text, or through an online gallery.
Do you travel to Stratford?
Yes. We travel to Stratford and Perth County for weddings, corporate events and celebrations. A travel fee may apply, and it is always included in your quote.
How far do you travel?
We provide photo booth hire throughout Ontario. Travel fees apply for events in Hamilton and London, and may apply for other venues outside our standard service area. Contact us for a custom quote.
How much space does the photo booth need?
Most setups need approximately 8 ft x 8 ft of space, access to a standard power outlet and a level indoor surface. We can advise on your specific venue.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during wedding season and holiday periods, as popular dates can book out several months in advance.
Can we change our event date?
Rescheduling may be offered at NTHBD's discretion, subject to availability. Booking retainers are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation details.
What happens after I enquire?
We confirm availability for your date and prepare your quote. A signed booking agreement and deposit secure your date, and the remaining balance is due before the event. For more answers, see our full photo booth FAQ.
